One of the simplest questions any retailer can and should always ask themselves is why should someone buy from my business and not anywhere else? The question is very simple. Figuring out the answer can take you to a whole new realm of thinking and transform your business over and over.
Always keep asking that question and see what you come up with. If you cannot find a answer, then you better create one. Then two. Pretty soon you will gain momentum in differentiating your business from the competition.
